Crossroads Business Alliance is an association of three independent professionals who have formed a partnership to assist clients through the process of mergers and acquisitions in the field of optical technologies. We work directly with our clients’ management team to develop and plan growth strategies, identify and evaluate targets for mergers and acquisitions, conduct due diligence evaluations, assist in negotiations and transactions, and provide business management and technical assistance through the period of integration.

The partners of CBA specialize in the optical industry and represent over 80 years of combined experience in senior technical and business management roles including those at major US optical corporations as well as start-ups.  CBA works internationally for clients in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Buying or merging with another company can be a very risky endeavor. Many newly acquired companies fail today because of poorly understood markets, cultural barriers, misunderstood values of technology & capabilities, personnel, and a failure to properly prepare and manage the integration of the merging companies. Because we have come from the optics industry, we offer insights and perspectives that many business brokers and investment banks miss.
